Annual Maintanance Contract
Technician specially trained in weighing machine technology will be deputed four times a year to maintain your weighing machine.

Any machine that goes out of order in between the normal service will be attended for free of cost. Spare parts are not inclusive.

Technical advice relating to weighing equipments will be available all times on request.
Servicing will be carried out during normal working hours

Stamping fees and expenses connected with stamping are exclusive.

We assured you of our best attention and service at all times.

Per call services
Any machine that goes out of order in between the normal service will be attended for Per Call Service. Spare parts are not inclusive, customer should bring machine to factory.

Onsite Services
Similar to per call service, but engineers will visit your site for service

Warranty Services
One year from the product purchase with onsite service support .
